Xinhua County Xintiandi Fine Ceramics Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Xinhua County, Hunan Province. It is a modern advanced ceramic manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales, and has successively obtained titles such as National High-tech Enterprise, Provincial Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and New Material Enterprises in Hunan Province.
The company has six production lines for ceramic raw material production, dry pressing forming and automatic blanking, hot pressing casting automatic forming, grinding and finishing, automatic image inspection, and mold making and maintenance. It currently has excellent equipment and advanced processes. Major clients include well-known companies such as Midea, Gree, and Haier, and its products are widely used in various fields such as electronics, communications, medical, aviation, and new energy.
The company has a strong technical reserve and R&D capability, holding a total of 23 patents including multiple invention patents and utility models. It has successively passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system and IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system certifications, and strictly organizes production according to the full-process standardization of international quality systems such as GB/T19001-2016, GB/T24001-2016, and ISO45001-2018. It has a stable sales service platform and information management platform, continuously meeting customer needs through standardized management.
